When will my order be shipped ?
Most products can be shipped within 24 hours after we have received payment in our account.

How long will my order take to arrive?
FedEx shipping usually takes 3 to 4 working days to arrive.

How much will I be charged for shipping?
Your order will be shipped FREE of charge via FedEx.

How can I pay for my order?
You can pay by credit card directly and securely through our web.  If you do not have a credit card, you can pay by Western Union or Wire Transfer.  Please click here for more payment information. 

Is it safe to order by credit card through your web?
We use secure server software with state-of-the-art commercial security measures. All of your personal and financial information including credit card number, name and address are protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. This protocol encrypts your information and securely transmits it over the Internet.

Will I be charged customs tax when my package arrives to destination?
Please check your customs to see if any customs duty or tax may apply on your order. Customer is responsible for payment of customs duty or taxes. 

Technical Care Center is not liable for paying local taxes.   

What if I am not satisfied with the product?
If you are not satisfied with the product, please return it in original package within 7 days of receiving the product.  You WILL be charged 7% of the original price as the restocking fee to compensate our credit card service loss. The rest of the money will be fully refunded to you less shipping and handling.

Please be sure to ship the product to us by DHL, FedEx or UPS so that it will not get lost or damaged in the mail. Please do NOT ship by regular mail.

You must fill Return Material Form to get a RMA number before returning the product. 

Is there a warranty on your products?
Technical Care Center
warrants to the end user that its products will be free of defects in material and craftsmanship for a period of SIX MONTHS from the date of original retail purchase, as evidenced by a sales invoice. If any defect occurs, the user must return the product by FedEx or DHL directly to our address. Proof of shipping should be provided through a tracking number sent to us by either fax, or e-mail.

Technical Care Center will, at its option, repair or replace the product at no charge. This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse or as a result of service by any other party. Except for the limited warranties above, this product is provided on an "as is" basis, without any other warranties of conditions, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantable quality.
