RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:

Branch Purchase:

( Including Snoonu, Talabat and Rafeeq)

  • Customers are allowed to return a product within 3 days of the purchase date or exchange it within 7 days of the purchase, provided that the product remains in its original condition, fully packaged, and accompanied by the purchase receipt and payment receipt.
  • Payments made through PayThem cards or purchase vouchers are non-refundable or exchangeable.
  • Items purchased through Ooredoo or QNB Points are non-refundable, but they can be exchanged within a week of the purchase date under the aforementioned conditions.

Online Purchase:

Customers are allowed to return a product within 3 days of the purchase date or exchange it within 7 days of the purchase, provided that the product remains in its original condition, fully packaged, and accompanied by the purchase receipt and payment receipt.

Notes:

  • QR 25 per trip will be charged for return delivery from locations inside Doha (FREE Delivery Charge Area ), and QR 45 (QR 25 Delivery Charge/ QR 45 Delivery Charge Area) / 100  (QR 75 Delivery Charge / QR 100 Delivery Charge area) will be charged for return delivery from locations outside of Doha. Check your location charge
  • Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.

WARRANTY POLICY:

  • The original purchase receipt must be presented to avail of warranty services, verify the device's serial number, and determine the warranty period.
  • The warranty covers defective products resulting from manufacturing defects only and does not include products damaged due to misuse or neglect.
  • The warranty duration is specified on the purchase receipt.
  • If the device is returned under warranty, the company reserves the right to retain the device for 15 Working days for maintenance, and the customer cannot claim compensation during this period.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the customer can exchange it or receive a refund according to the aforementioned conditions, provided that all device accessories are available

REFUND METHODS: (Online & Branch Purchase)

  • For cash purchases the refunded amount will be returned in cash.
  • For Credit/Debit card and Online Payment purchases, the refunded amount will be processed via same bank card within a period of 15 to 21 working days and cannot be refunded in cash.

Online Cancellation Policy

If the item is not available or out of stock, TCC delivery sales team will contact you upon receiving your order to inform you that the order will be canceled or give you other options or items to order.

If you decide to cancel your order, you can call or message the delivery team through WhatsApp to the Customer Service number: 6616-7711 or 3382-5533.

If we do not receive any response from you; If you do not respond to our calls or messages within 48hrs, TCC delivery sales team will automatically cancel your order and send you a cancellation email.

You will receive an email confirming the cancellation of your order.

All payments processed online will be refunded, to the card that you used to place the order, within 1 to 2 weeks after submitting the cancellation request.

Delivery

The driver will call you 3 times once he reaches your location. If there is no answer, our customer service team will try to reach you through call or WhatsApp message. If there is no response from you within 15 minutes, the driver will leave and cancel the order. If you request that we redeliver your order, you will be required to pay an additional delivery charge of QR25 , QR45, or QR 100 depending upon your location, to have the driver make a second trip to your location.

If you are living in a building, please be prepared to meet the delivery driver outside at the building entrance. This is because our drivers may not find parking or security guards may prevent them from entering the building and going to your door.
