TCC warrants to the customer that its products will be free of defects in material and craftsmanship for a period of one month to one year; depending upon the product; from the date of original retail purchase, as evidenced by a sales invoice. If any defect occurs, the customer must return the product in original package. TCC will, at its option, repair or replace the product at no charge. This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse or as a result of service by any other party. Except for the limited warranties above, this product is provided on an "as is" basis, without any other warranties or conditions, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantable quality.
Please call 7789 0899 to arrange pickup from your location. QR 25 per trip will be charged for return delivery from locations inside Doha, and QR 49/99 will be charged for return delivery from locations outside of Doha. Check your location charge

Please return the item in original package within 1 day of receiving the product. Call TCC’s Customer Service number; 7789 0899, to arrange pickup. To be eligible for a return;
1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Your item must be in the original packaging; sealed and unopened.
3. You must present the receipt or proof of purchase.
Delivery costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.
For returns outside of Qatar;
If you are not satisfied with the product, please return it in original package within 7 days of receiving the product. You WILL be charged 7% of the original price as the restocking fee to compensate our credit card service loss. The rest of the money will be fully refunded to you less delivery and handling. Please be sure to ship the product to us by DHL, FedEx or UPS so that it will not get lost or damaged in the mail. Please do NOT ship by regular mail.
