Warranty Policy

TCC  warrants to the customer that its products will be free of defects in material and craftsmanship for a period of one month to one year; depending upon the product; from the date of original retail purchase, as evidenced by a sales invoice. If any defect occurs, the customer must return the product in the original package. TCC will, at its option, repair or replace the product at no charge. This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, or as a result of service by any other party. Except for the limited warranties above, this product is provided on an "as is" basis, without any other warranties or conditions, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantable quality.

NOTE:
QR 25 per trip will be charged for return delivery from locations inside Doha (FREE Delivery Charge Area ), and QR 45 (QR 25 Delivery Charge/ QR 45 Delivery Charge Area) / 100  (QR 75 Delivery Charge / QR 100 Delivery Charge area) will be charged for return delivery from locations outside of Doha. Check your location charge


Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product, we're here to help.

Please return the item in the original package within 1 day of receiving the product. You must Call TCC’s Customer Service number; 3382-5533, to arrange the return.
If you require pickup of the returned item, QR 25 per trip will be charged for return delivery from locations inside Doha, and QR 49/99 will be charged for return delivery from locations outside of Doha. Check your location charge


To be eligible for a return;

    1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    2. Your item must be in the original packaging; sealed and unopened.
    3. You must present the receipt or proof of purchase.

Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.


Cancellation Policy

If the item is not available or out of stock, TCC delivery sales team will contact you upon receiving your order to inform you that the order will be canceled or give you other options or items to order.

If you decide to cancel your order, you can call or message the delivery team through WhatsApp to the Customer Service number: 6616-7711 or 3382-5533.

If we do not receive any response from you; If you do not respond to our calls or messages within 48hrs, TCC delivery sales team will automatically cancel your order and send you a cancellation email.


You will receive an email confirming the cancellation of your order.

All payments processed online will be refunded, to the card that you used to place the order, within 1 to 2 weeks after submitting the cancellation request.


Delivery

The driver will call you 3 times once he reaches your location. If there is no answer, our customer service team will try to reach you through call or WhatsApp message. If there is no response from you within 15 minutes, the driver will leave and cancel the order. If you request that we redeliver your order, you will be required to pay an additional delivery charge of QR10, QR25 , QR45, or QR 100 depending upon your location, to have the driver make a second trip to your location.
